Do Not Withhold

Happy new month dear ones

Trust you are well.It is a miracle  being alive.it means God is not done with us.There is so much expected of us.We still have an opportunity to perfect our skills,work on our character,rectify on areas where we have erred.Be a blessing to someone,extend a hand of compassion to that needy child,visit a children's home,support that church fundraiser,walk with someone who is going through a painful season,offer a shoulder to lean on,be good to a stranger,embrace someone who feels discouraged,give hope to someone who is at the verge of giving up not forgetting winning souls for Christ and finally fear God and keep his commandments,for this is the very reason God created us(Eccl 12;13).

I believe that you are confident of seeing the goodness of the lord in the land of the living.Despite what season you are in,there's hope in waiting on God. Thea's an assurance that comes from believing in God.That He who has started a good work in you is faithful enough to accomplish it.That despite the dark and painful season,weeping will only tarry for a night and joy will definitely come in the morning.We can find solace in His word.He is true to what He tells us. The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times(Psalm 12;6)

As a believer,there's one thing that has been kept open for all of us to bear in mind.That we will not have a smooth flow in this life.There will be mountains,valleys,ridges and fires along the way.David a man after Gods heart went through so much,yet he conquered.You will go through tough times but be sure that even in that fire,the flames will not set you ablaze.

The kingdom of God has principles.Just like the normal business operations that ought to operate within certain terms and conditions,there are conditions in this kingdom.There are ways that you will have to follow so that you can receive your blessing.There are certain measures that you ought to take so that you pull yourself out of a particular bondage. Jabez realized that his name depicts pain,he worked through his deliverance.The bible says that besides him being honorable than his brothers,he was going through pain.It is through this realization that he took a step towards changing his name

ist chronicles 4;9-10).You only need to take a step of faith and conquer that mountain.

Throughout the bible,there are people who were given tests by God.Some failed and some triumphed. Im amazed by a script in (Genesis 38 :8-10)

8 And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother.

9 And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother.

10 And the thing which he did displeased the Lord: wherefore he slew him also.

Onan was given a responsibility which he was not willing to carry out.He did it but not as per the instructions.He was the only person that God entrusted to bring forth a seed on behalf of his dead brother.He alone could salvage his brothers name.He chose not to.the bible says that the Lord killed him.He was to bey Gods instructions,instead he spilled the sperms on the ground!What a heart!What an evil motive?

How many times has God made you a seed carrier for someone but due to your own reasons,you choose to withhold.Probably you are the destiny helper God has put in place for that house manager at home,but you do not pay attention.You could be the person God has aligned in her life to bring breakthrough in her entire family.What happens when they need a special favor?How do you treat her/him?Im sure we all have boundaries as well as limits..Im also aware of the employer-employee relationship that should be considered but its important to be careful not to miss Gods visitation due to looking down on people or refraining from going out of our way to support.

You could be at a leadership position and all you do is intimidate people and bash them out.You are never polite or courteus.You feel so much entitled and therefore nothing can be done to you.Have you ever considered the reason why God has brought people in your life?Could be you are their bridge to success but you never care to support them?Be careful,just like Onan,God can wipe you out.Remember that he alone sets  up kings and deposes them(Dan 2;21).

There are midwives who were given a task to carry out,the bible says that they feared God and did the right thing and out of that,the bible says God blessed these two ladies with their own families(Exodus 1;18-21).They could have killed the Hebrew children,but they chose not to.They didn't withhold their kindness.

What has the lord put in your heart this year and you are not willing to execute?What is this that you have withheld yet God is waiting for you to obey so that He can release a blessing?Will you choose to obey or will you obey but with a wrong motive?Remember that the eyes of the lord are on the righteous and his ears open to their cry(psam 34;15)

Do not withhold,just release and see what the lord will do in your life
