IAM NOT CONDEMNED

 Life is a journey;truly it is.Its been long since we met along these streets.Im sure majority of you wondered what happened?Many raised concerns but i must say i truly appreciate your concerns,feedback and the many of you who pushed me to come back.Well lets thank God who has continually watched over each one of us as well as given us the grace to carry on through life amidst Covid 19.We all have reasons to appreciate having being allowed through the gates of 2021.Aint God gracious?

It could have been better;others feel,its even worse some admit while others wonder why still continue with the agony to this far.Well,the author of life is God and as one man of God said,as long as there is a day called tomorrow,never give up.Joel Osteen keeps on encouraging us that we are closer to our destinies today more than we were yesterday.Theres hope,irrespective of the pain.

You could be feeling like you are  moving round kardesh barnea,without any hope or any promise of ever finding light,hold on,theres hope.You do not need to literally see the light but have faith in the God who knows the dwelling place of light and where darkness resides.Im reminded of the walls of Jericho,Joshua,the priests and the army marched for seven days without having any sign of perhaps the wall cracking,probably the stones tumbling down until the very last day.To Me that can only be faith...Even going round and not using the tools of breaking stones and such,dont you think this is faith?This God who is all knowing,this one that has allowed you see the break of dawn,He knows your life from the end to the begginning.Find confidence in the love of God.That alone,that he longs to be gracious to you and he takes pride in loving you.He says that nothing can separate us from his love.Not even pain,not sicknesses,not tough life situation,His love is a guarantee,whether you know him or not,,He despises no one(Romans 8;38).

Been thinking about david and im awed by the goodness of God.This man David was moving from Caves to forests,to valleys..He went through hell.He was always on the move hiding from Saul who was pursuing Him.I may not be sure for how long it lasted but im so sure it was not a one day affair.That he was okay to stay with discontented men,people who are full of debts,distressed and he was just okay.In all honesty,im not sure i m comfortable with distressed people..in my own understanding these are people who have lots of issues..they are not in their right minds...everyother time they are thinking of debts,they are in uncomfortable life situations but even then,these people at the end becomes the mighty men of David.You could belittle who you are now not sure of what God has in store for you.You could be shortsighted..looking at the things that are seen while the bible tells us to focus on the things that are unseen. While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal(2nd cor 4;18).Keep looking to Jesus,Theres hope even in that deep darkness.

There are prisons,then there are people who are imprisoned for life.Not in the physical prisons but in prisons created by them or people they came across in life.When you listen to freed prisoners,then you get to know that freedom is paramount.That you never know how important freedom is untill you lose it

That said,there are worse prisons that people have always lived in albeit unknowingly or knowingly but ignorant of the fact that they are imprisoned.People walk in the streets yet in their minds they are jailed.Something happened in their life and they have never gotten beyond whatever happenned.An issue can take a toll on you until you become part of the problem.An issue that would have been dealt with and closed ,keeps pulling you back until you know no peace.We are in an erra whereby mental illness has taken atoll on people especially the young people.It is so unfortunate that people have lost trust and one can choose to die with an issue just because sharing is no longer caring.

But what does the word of God say concerning guilt?Are you in that place whereby you have kept a secret that keeps haunting you day and night?That anytime you look yourself in a mirror the issue is written in caps and bold and you feel like you cannot get over it?Take it to the lord in prayer.The enemy uses such issues to imprison people.To make you lose focus and to keep you stagnated in one area for life.Im always excited about the story of the adulterous woman.That it was justified to stone that woman but when jesus came on board,the entire story changed.That God does  not condemn anyone,He is not the accuser of brethren;he is so concerned about your well being more than you are.If only you could open up to him and ask him to help you.

 

Im talking about approaching God in the secret place and talking to him like a father or a friend.You could be like me who never knows a daughter father relationship and thus confused of how to approach God,could you then approach him like that friend you truly treasure?Open your heart to him,speak to him of that issue and allow him to break every yoke and loose that burden on you.Theres a song i love..That burdens are lifted in Calvarly.How about you taking that issue to God and allow him to handle it for you?

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. ² And because you belong to him, the power^[a] of the life-giving Spirit has freed you^[b] from the power of sin that leads to death. ³ The law of Moses was unable to save us because of the weakness of our sinful nature.^[c] So God did what the law could not do. He sent his own Son in a body like the bodies we sinners have. And in that body God declared an end to sin’s control over us by giving his Son as a sacrifice for our sins. ⁴ He did this so that the just requirement of the law would be fully satisfied for us, who no longer follow our sinful nature but instead follow the Spirit.(Romans 8;1-4 nlt).

 Imagine by virtue of you having Christ Jesus,then you are free.You should not carry this baggage in 2021.Allow the lord to work on you.Forgive yourself first,see you as forgiven and loved by God.Love you for you and see yourself through the lens of Christ.Meditate on Romans eight and keep on memorizing it.Anytime you feel down and when the enemy reminds you of that dark past,issue,embarrasment or even frustration,keep speaking the love of God.Keep confessing the goodness of God and soon you will be free.

Desist or detach yourself from people who take you back to the pit.Its so shameful to know that there are people who tirelessly work towards demeaning others and pulling them down.That someone can truly work hard to manipulate you or make you feel small.Keep your guard and do not stoop too low to such issues or people.Be aware of men.Be firm in your choices and stand by them.Be confident of who the lord is moulding you to be and forge forward.Paul says that one thing he does is forget the past and focus on the future.That said,he continues to tell us to walk circumsceptly,redeeming time since the days are evil.(Ephe 5;15-17)

You do not have all the time to beg people to accept the new you ,you focus on Christ who is the author and finisher of your faith.He will bring the right people on board to walk with you.

The reason many people are having esteem issues is because people have painted pictures of their former self and have imprisoned them there.Break the shackals and move on.You are destined for greatness.You are not defined by your past or your mistakes,Your identity is in Christ.This is one year that you should rise up.shake off the dust and move on.Keep improving yourself,work on your relationship with God,and allow him to guide you.The Holyspirit is the best teacher you can ever have.Allow him to teach you..open up yourself to have a teachable spirit and to make changes where God says you should.Work on becoming a better version of you and life will be beautiful.

It may be dark today,but dawn will still come

The flowers may seem not to have budded yet,but surely they will in the right time

You may feel downcast and forgotten,but theas hope in Christ

Refuse to be peoples opinions,refuse to be imprisoned

You are not Condemned!
