IN HIS TIMING

Ever wondered what happens when an idea is conceived in ones mind,contextualized  then finally it gets implemented?Have you ever looked at a building and wonder who even imagined of such a structure and what exactly was their plan of putting up such a design?How about an individual who goes to school,performs pretty well,goes to the best universities and immediately hes graduated lands on a very good job(their dream job).What of that person who didnt get the priviledge of going beyond primary school education?The moment their education is cutoff,they go to a technical school,do some courses and eventually emerge as proffesional carpenters or plumbers!.Others didnt even go to any technical school but they started doing small small businesses here and there and right now they are living a very descent life.Better than their colleagues who went to school,others even fled out of the country for further studies but looking at these two,theres actually no correlation in terms of what we human beings use to measure success.

What really happens when a young woman finds love in her early twenties,gets married and gets beautiful kids before shes even in her thirties?Ever tried to imagine the life of a young man who really struggles through life and even in their mid forties,love has never knocked their door.What of this couple who took their time in the courtship stage, walked in purity till they both said i do in church and in holy matrimony...Ten years in marriage,no kid,no growth in terms of investments and basically things seem to be going south?Think of this young man who marries a very pretty lady with the hope of living happily ever after...but one year down the line,the missus goes to be with the  lord!

Who can fathom the pain of a couple who have never embraced akid ...their own  flesh and blood in their arms?Not that they cant conceive,but anytime they do,the pregnancy is never carried to term.What about this graduate who has never secured a job.

Who can understand the agony of this widow who lost her husband and the kids in a  road accident?

Many a times as human beings,issues may overwhelm us and no one can honestly answer every question in our hearts.There is no one who can understand the very deep issues that people go through.What happens when a believers life seem to be dark and when all hope is gone?

David in psams11;3 poses a question.When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do

God didn't promise us a smooth sailing in this world.He never said that things will work as we have planned neither did he promise a life without challenges.He is actually telling us that there will be a season of walking through fire,at times we shall walk in many waters but neither the fire will set us ablaze nor the waters sweep over us(Isaiah 43;2)

It is the last day of the month of July.Taking stock on what has happened in your life,you may be so happy that thus far there's some progress in almost all areas of your life.Theres a particular team that i feel the urge to encourage them this morning.Probably things have taken a different turn other than what you had planned or intended to.You could be going through pain due to loss of a loved one,loss of a job,stress in your work or even your business could be making losses day in day out and you feel like giving up.You could be hurting from a break up or betrayal by a loved one.Things ant making sense to you and you feel lost in a world of your own.Tears could have been your food day and night.Grief has taken the front seat in your life and you cant even remember the last time your heart knew peace or tranquility.Relax dear one,The Lord God almight still reigns on high.His name is Jehova Shalom,soon your heart will experience that peace that only God can give.

The bible tells us that in His timing,the lord makes everything beautiful(Eccl 3;11)Allow the lord to work out whatever He is doing in your life.The molding season is never easy...but remember this dear one,He is the same God giving us an affirmation that when its time,HE WILL DO IT SWIFTLY(Isaiah 60;22b).

The moment God  purposes to come through for his people,he doesn't waste time.Remember the story of the widow in (2nd kings;4)This woman was left in a huge debt and actually the auctioneer was threatening to take his two boys and make them slaves.This woman had literally nothing and you can imagine her situation.The bible states very clearly that after the man of God(Elisha) ordered her to get jars even from the neighbors,she became the supplier of oil.She sold the oil and paid her debts.This God who helped this woman is still active even today.He is setting captives free,he is pulling people out of debts,He is blessing people with children,He is connecting young men and women to their rightful partners,,..Will you choose to believe him?

Remember that God aint a man that he can lie nor a son of man that he should repent(numbers 23;19)If he promised you good health,believe it in your heart because that's exactly what He is...The great physician is His name.He has promised us not to leave us nor forsake us,it means even at such a time that things seem to be out of control,He that is sitted at the throne of mercy is aware of it and is working behind the scenes to rescue you.Have you forgotten that his ways are not our ways,neither are his thoughts our thoughts?(ISAIAH 55;8-9)He knows what is best for us and indeed when its time,he wont delay,He will surely do it.Irrespective of what people see or say,Gods timing is always the best.Its only in His time that things will turn out to be beautiful.Man may feel like hes taken too long or you as a person have tarried in a particular place or area,but  remember that the ways of God cant be our ways.He is the lord that killeth,yet he maketh alive.The same God who saves also punishes.and that doesn't change whom exactly he is.He is a jealous God and the same God,releases pure mercies to us every day(lam 3;22).

Whatever it is that has troubled you,take it to the lord in prayer.David in psalm 65;2 confesses that It is God who answers prayers and therefore all flesh go to him.Could be you stopped praying,wake up dear one...watch and pray...Everyday God has allowed us to cast our cares to him.He daily bears our burdens(psalm 68;19)Whatever the anxiety is all about,whatever the pain,The lord is just a prayer away...He has given us access to the throne of mercy..you do not need a mediator,you only need to open your mouth and the lord will fill it(psalm 81;10)

Seek this God while he may be found....call on Him while he is near...imagine he is near to the broken hearted.He understands that you are hurting,he knows how deep your wounds are, hes only waiting for the right time and when he does it,He will make it permanent.The bible says that he makes things permanent so that men will revere him(Eccl 3;14)The very people who saw you at your worst,God will ensure they see you when He blesses you.

Wait upon the lords timing.Do not be in a hurry..He that promised is faithful,You might feel the need to quicken the blessing or the issue but remember Ishmael and Isaac will never live together.Despite Abraham being a friend of God,he felt that the promised son had taken longer...he decided to get a son with Hagar...and since Ishmael wasn't a son of the promise,when Isaac was born,this boy was chased away...Relax and wait upon the lord.He knows you better than anyone else.He knows that you can handle it better than your friends..He knows you can go through that pain and still praise him....and just like Job,...that when he has tested you,you will surely be a conqueror(job 23;10).

No season is permanent,even this will come to pass.This pain will soon go away
